Kim Kardashian, who is now officially on the billionaire’s list, is either people’s favorite or she is not. The beauty & media mogul is back in the news, relaunching her vegan, refillable skincare line consisting of nine products (none of which are highlight or contour sticks).
Last year Kim Kardashian announced on her Instagram that she was going to relaunch her skincare line. KKW, which was launched in 2017, was put on hold after five years of its launch, only to be reborn as SKKN. Only a few hours ago, she announced this amazing news on her Instagram again.
“I’m excited to finally introduce to you SKKN BY KIM, a rejuvenating nine-product skincare ritual that I have developed from start to finish. I’ve been so privileged to learn about skin and skincare over the years from the world’s top dermatologists and estheticians, and every bottle from my new line is filled with the knowledge I’ve accumulated along the way. You will experience refillable packaging, and clean, science-backed ingredients designed to nourish all skin types, tones, and textures at all stages of maturity. I created this line so that everyone can feel confident in their skin, and I can’t wait to finally be able to share it with you!“
SKKN by Kim consists of nine products, all of which will be available in natural shades and in minimalist, refillable packaging, inspired by Kim’s love for modern architecture (already dreaming of the Kardashians’ opulent home). The packaging will not be recyclable (Does that concept really exist?).
Refills cost 15% less than the originals. Oh! SKKN products will be cruelty-free, vegan, and fulfill the clean requirements of major beauty retailers like Ulta Beauty, which is exciting. The skincare line has been curated with the help of A-list skin experts like facialist Joanna Czech with clean, science-backed ingredients promising care & nourishment to all skin types, textures, and tones at any and all ages of maturity.
Her upcoming vegan skincare product list consists of a cleanser, toner, exfoliator, hyaluronic acid serum, vitamin C8 serum, face cream, eye cream, oil drops, and night oil, mimicking Kim’s not-so-minimal skincare regime. Eight of the products are fragrance-free, with only the scrub smelling like a scrub, with a light scent! These products are supposed to be used together but can be bought separately.
The awaited skincare line by Kim Kardashian will be live on June 21 at 9a PT / 12p ET exclusively on skknbykim.com. And we are sure that, like us, you are super excited to try this new vegan skincare line by the famous Kardashian.
